Refill Policy

In order to provide you with the best possible care it is very important to monitor your progress while taking certain medications. Please be aware of our office policy regarding the following categories of medications:

Weight management: Patients must be seen once a month for appropriate monitoring.

Controlled substances: Patients must be seen at least every three months however please be aware that the Doctor may require appointments more frequently than that.

All other medications: To be determined by your physician or provider. Please note that we will not send any prescription refills if you have not been seen within a year.

Please note that we do not accept refill requests from the pharmacy. You are responsible for notifying us when your medication is running low. We do not do same day refills due to the high volume of incoming calls and respectfully request that you give us ample notice to send in your refill. Please talk to your provider or one of our staff members during your appointment if you will need refills within a month of your appointment.
